Why Facilities Choose Our Roof Exhaust Fans

Weather Sealed & Safe

Aluminium rain hood, bird screen and backdraft damper ensure reliable operation during monsoon and prevent wind-driven rain from entering the shaft.

High Efficiency Impellers

Computer-modelled aerofoil blades deliver strong extraction with low power draw, available in adjustable pitch for precise balancing.

Easy On-Site Integration

Supplied with curb base, vibration isolators, terminal box and optional VFDs for quick installation on RCC roofs or PEB structures.

Roof Exhaust Fan Selection Checklist for Indian Projects

Every EMVEE roof extraction fan is engineered for India’s demanding climate, with corrosion-resistant housings, stainless hardware, and IP55 motors that welcome monsoon conditions. Follow this checklist to size the right roof exhaust fan for warehouses, plants, and commercial kitchens.

  • Confirm your design air change rate (ACH) for the process: warehouses 6 ACH, manufacturing 10 ACH, kitchens 15 ACH, smoke spill up to 20 ACH.
  • Multiply roof length × width × height and apply your ACH to determine total CMH—our quick sizing snapshot automates this in seconds.
  • Check static pressure losses from duct collars, bird screens, and gravity dampers to verify the selected model’s fan curve.
  • Specify duty temperature and certification needs—F200 / F300 roof exhaust variants and ATEX motors are stocked in Ahmedabad.

Frequently Asked Questions

The fan is supplied with a galvanised steel curb plate that fixes to your RCC roof opening or PEB upstand. Simply anchor the plate, apply sealant tape, place the fan, and connect to the power isolator. Optional vibration pads ensure smooth operation even on metal decks.

Yes. The RFX Series can be supplied in F200 or F300 configurations with EN 12101 compliant motors. During a fire, the fan continues to run at elevated temperatures, rapidly venting smoke and improving visibility for evacuation.

Inspect the rain hood, bird screen and damper every quarter for debris build-up. Lubricate bearings as per motor instructions and ensure the terminal box gaskets remain watertight. Our service team can provide AMC support across India.
